Products How is the Install Done?
We provide full installation services. Installation prices vary by the house and window type. We also recommend purchasing a “just in case” kit that you can use to replace the 3M Dual Lock™ fasteners yourself, if needed. The Just in case kit provides the 3M Primer and extra 3M Dual Lock™ adapters. You can install the product yourself. Directions are provided. If you are doing the installation yourself, we provide an optional layout guide (which tells you which windows to cut out of which size board. The layout takes the guess work out of which board to use. We also charge for delivery of the product to your home or business.
How is Merchandise Sold?
The panels are sold as kits. The kits include handles, 1” x 1 ½”3M Dual Lock ™ fastener pairs, and location labels for the install – doesn’t matter whether you install it or we do. We currently work out of our home to keep overhead costs down. We offer delivery service for a fee.
How do I get an estimate?
If you are in one of our service areas, you can call to schedule a free on-site estimate. You may also email or call us with your window measurements and a short description of the window. We can provide a quote back via email or phone. For the description we just need to know if the window is custom shape (like a moon), sliders, double windows, triple windows, etc. We calculate the number of panels or kits that you will need and provide you with a formal quote.
How long is a quote good for?
All quotes are good for 30 days.
How long does it take for service to be provided?
We are about 1 week out on estimates and 1.5 weeks out on installs. Deliveries would most likely take a week.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or a personal check, and a certified check if the amount is more that $3000.00. We prefer not to receive cash.
